Questions about your pregnancy and body should be directed to your doctor. We do not give out medical advice. However, we love to encourage moms to exercise in a light and safe way. Staying active can keep your body strong, improve mental health, and help with delivery and recovery time. If you have never exercised before, start with light activities like walking and stretching. If you are a fitness vet, you may be okay with more strenuous workouts. You must listen to your body and, of course, your doctor.
Accountability really helps with making healthy choices. This app is NOT a weight loss aid. It is only meant to keep you on track. There is no shame in eating a treat, but sometimes seeing how much sugar is in something can be eye-opening! Although the caloric information is on the app, it is not intended to be used to count calories or make yourself miserable on a ‘diet.’ Our goal is to help you make informed decisions about nutrition and to be a healthy support system for you and your baby.

We help you navigate the world of pregnancy through a health and wellness lens. NO! Pregnancy will not ruin your body. You may be left with some marks, and things may look a bit different, but that is something to be celebrated. MomBods are beautiful, whatever the shape and size, and there is nothing negative about that. This app is a celebration of our accomplishments within our bodies, and we are here to help you see yourself as a strong and amazing woman who is worth taking care of!
Health, wellness, and physical health are extremely important in all stages of life. Many of the choices we make in the past will determine our future. If we make healthy choices sooner, we will reap the benefits as we grow older. Motherhood can be exhausting and thankless, and it is easy to let things go. But if we start with healthy habits early in pregnancy, or even beforehand, we will know the value of physical health and be more likely to maintain it. It is not about how you look in the mirror. It is about the inside. Our physical and mental health are very connected. If you let one thing go, the other usually follows. As moms, we pass this on to our children.
